Bringing memories to life at the wake through live poetry and ambient musical textures. Giving voice to memory of your loved one through the power of live poetry and music.
An opening poem capturing the small, beautiful details of dailylife: their favorite chair, a standard catchphrase, or how they made a cup of tea.
Poetry tied deeply to the places they loved best, from a quiet country garden to windswept coastlines.
A moving tribute to their values, wisdom, and the enduring legacy they have planted within their family.
An optimistic, uplifting closing theme that gently gives your guests permission to raise a glass, smile, and spend the afternoon sharing joyful stories.
Folllwing a traditional religious or celebrant service, Echoes of a Life offers a completely unique extension to the experience. We do not just read from a standard template. Instead, we transform personal memories into an immersive, 30-minute living performance right at the beginning of the wake.
Think of a traditional service like a beautiful, classic photograph. It is respectful, still, and clear. Our live poetry centerpiece is more like a rich, cinematic tapestry. We blend bespoke spoken word, lush live musical accompaniment, and serene, flowing video loops into a single, seamless environment.
We beautifully lift the heavy, awkward silence that often fills the room when guests first arrive at a wake. We gently bring everyone’s focus together, invite the room to breathe, and give your family permission to smile, share stories, and heal. It is a premium, heartfelt dedication—delivered with absolute care, complete transparency, and zero hidden costs.

Marek Tribedi is a professional music producer, writing original music to accompany Alice's poetry performances as Words2Music. Marek's greatest creative enjoyment comes from providing a sonic interpretation of Alice's lyrical poetry. Marek also provides musical support for his wife Alice in care home entertainment.
Marek's sound production equipment is geared towards providing soft ambient tones that provide for profound, gentle reflection.
When Marek's mother passed away, her funeral was accompanied by Alice performing a heartfelt original poem, and a musical composition by Marek. The overwhelming positive reaction to these two tributes led to the launch of Echoes of a Life, as a way to offer comfort to others.
